JVC with Freshers on their first days
After graduating from university, besides the delight and excitement, there will certainly be many new things that make you overwhelmed. After going through the entrance exams and interviews, starting a job in a new environment will be challenging. You may feel anxious during the first days of work and set out various situations in the hope of quickly making a good impression, getting along with colleagues, and getting used to your new job. However, there are still so many things happening out of your control. So how do you overcome these very first challenges and quickly integrate into a new working environment?

With the desire to listen and give the best support during freshers’ first working days, JGC Vietnam has been organizing workshops for new members. In these workshops, they will have the opportunities to get acquainted, share difficulties and discuss to find solutions and useful advice, which could help them integrate and work effectively with other members in the company.
