SITE EXPERIENCE SHARING
Recently, our young engineers have experienced working life at site through the assignment to Krong Pa Solar Power Plant in Gia Lai province. They gained a lot of precious experience after this working time to apply in future work.
In the meeting with company’s freshmen (engineers who has less than 2 years of working experience), the engineers come back from construction site of Krong Pa gave an interesting presentation accompanied with lively stories about the life at site, working conditions, challenges and how they had overcome them.
Their sharing has helped the freshmen visualize how site-working conditions would be. Hope that it also provided them with good spirit preparation and basic knowledge, as well as needed skills for the future projects if they have opportunity to participate.
